7. Misuse & Termination

8. Payments
Payments are processed through the applicable payment gateway, currently Razorpay. The price displayed at the time of purchase applies. You agree to pay all applicable charges for the services you select.
9. Refunds
All refund and cancellation requests are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review that policy before completing a purchase.
10. Course Resources
Practice files, eBooks and other learning resources may be included where specified for a course. These resources are provided for your personal educational use and may not be redistributed, resold, shared or commercially exploited.
11. Certificates
Certificates may be provided after completion of the applicable course or training requirements. Not every course automatically guarantees a certificate unless the course description expressly says so.
12. Live Training
Live sessions may be conducted through Zoom. You must not record, redistribute or publicly share live session content without our written permission. Participation is subject to the rules communicated for each session.
13. Corporate Training
Corporate training engagements may be subject to separate proposals, quotations, schedules, participant requirements and commercial terms. These Terms apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
14. Third-Party Services
You may interact with third-party services such as Razorpay, Google Forms, TagMango, Zoom and WhatsApp when using our services. You may also be subject to those providers' own terms, policies and privacy practices.
15. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Our training is designed to provide learning and skill-development opportunities. We do not promise employment, salary increases, income, promotion, business results or any other guaranteed career outcomes. Individual results depend on many factors beyond our control, including your effort, experience and market conditions.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RajMicrosoft.com, Traintech and Raj Singh Microsoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our services. This does not exclude or limit any rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. The intended jurisdiction for any dispute is Mumbai, Maharashtra, subject to applicable law and any mandatory legal rights that cannot be waived.
